火雞肉飯雖然是相當日常平凡的小吃，卻餵飽了無數個從事這個行業的家庭與飢腸轆轆的人們，也反映出嘉義小而富足的面貌，而其發展的歷史、烹調的功夫更是耐人尋味。
因此在「2021台灣設計展在嘉義」中，早起與平凡編集合作，呼應展館的主旨「剛剛好的城市」及「小的剛剛好」，規劃了「嘉義火雞肉飯－小而一應俱全」展區。

Chiayi Turkey Rice: Small Yet Complete

Turkey Rice, a humble yet vital dish, has nourished families and individuals in Chiayi, reflecting the city's small yet prosperous nature. For the 2021 Taiwan Design Expo in Chiayi, Matinal Design Office collaborated with Studio Ordinary to create the exhibition "Chiayi Turkey Rice - Small Yet Complete," aligning with the themes of the exhibition: "Just the Right Size City" and "Small, Just Right."

Part 1：主視覺牆

用充滿肉感的「火雞肉飯」Typography 直拳帶你進入展覽情境中。

Part 1: Main Visual Wall
The main visual wall uses the "Turkey Rice" Typography with a bold and meaty design to immerse visitors in the exhibition experience.

Part 2：火雞肉飯資訊圖

挑選6個不同屬性的雞肉飯店家，與插畫師 Zuzu 合作繪製將近 8 公尺的情境圖，帶大家透過不同屬性的火雞肉飯店看到嘉義生活的不同樣貌。帶大家進入雞肉飯的世界後，透過不同形式的資訊圖轉譯火雞肉飯店的密度、發展的歷史及雞肉飯飲食的各個面向。

Part 2: Turkey Rice Information Graphic
The exhibition features a nearly 8-meter-long situational graphic created in collaboration with illustrator Zuzu, showcasing six different turkey rice vendors. Visitors can explore the diverse faces of Chiayi life through these eateries. After entering the world of turkey rice, the information graphic conveys the density of these stores, their historical development, and various aspects of turkey rice culture.

Part 3：「每個人心中都有一碗嘉義火雞肉飯」創作區

此區邀請 13 位創作者，有土生土長的嘉義人，也有高度熱愛火雞肉飯的外地人，一碗火雞肉飯各自表述，用不同的載體和故事和大家分享心中的那一碗火雞肉飯。

Part 3: "Everyone Has Their Own Bowl of Chiayi Turkey Rice" Creative Zone
In this zone, 13 creators — including Chiayi locals and passionate turkey rice enthusiasts from outside the region — share their unique interpretations of turkey rice. They present their personal stories and expressions of this beloved dish through different mediums.
